Service Provider Payments:
1. Booking Fees: Instaface does not charge users any booking fees. Any fees paid directly to service providers are subject to the provider’s individual refund policy.
2. Cancellation by Service Providers: If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, users will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded as per the Service Provider’s Policy.
User Payments:
1. Booking Fees: Users are not charged any booking fees by Instaface.
2. Cancellation by Users: If a user cancels a booking within the service provider’s specified cancellation period, a refund may be issued as per the service provider’s cancellation policy.
Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, users and service providers are encouraged to communicate directly through the Instaface platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, Instaface may intervene to facilitate a fair resolution.
